Junior Fitness Sessions
Our Junior Fitness Sessions operate on evenings and weekends during term time.
Spinning
This session involves the use of stationary exercise bikes, that will give all participants a great aerobic workout.
Street Dance
This funky dance based programme uses fresh and hip choreographed ideas for both boys and girls.
All Junior Fitness Sessions are coached and can be booked in advance.
Parents will be asked to complete a consent form for all junior fitness activities
