General Statement and why we are rated a four-star food business
Goldleaf Catering recognise the importance of providing safe and wholesome food for all its customers and clients without risk to their health or wellbeing. We acknowledge and wholly accept the aims and provisions of Food Hygiene (England) Regulations 2006 and further food hygiene legislation associated with the handling and processing of food. In sight of this we will exercise all reasonable precautions and due diligence in maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene and safety as set out by this and our local environmental health office.

Goldleaf Catering Liability
Goldleaf Catering confirm that they have and will maintain sufficient Public Liability Insurance for events covering the nature of the booking. A photocopy of the certificate is available upon request.
Cancellation
Any booking that is cancelled within 36 hours of the booking date will be charged at full price or otherwise at the discretion of management
Booking guidance and requirements for clients
Food normally requiring temperature control under Food Hygiene (England) Regulations 2006 may be kept above 8°C for a single period of up to 4 hours, to allow it to be served or displayed. After this period, any food remaining should be discarded or replaced under chill control until final use.
Our policy, based on these guidelines ensures that buffet food can be displayed for service for up to 2 hours commencing delivery (or as otherwise individually advised) After this period, any food remaining should be discarded. The person in charge will take responsibility for this unless arrangements have been made for us to come back as requested. Hot food must be consumed immediately after delivery, as it must not be reheated. For this reason it is very important that our delivery time coincides with your scheduled eating time.
Any food that is consumed beyond this advice is at the client’s discretion and will be of their liability not Goldleaf Catering. I have read and will abide by the guidelines set out by Goldleaf Catering.
