Aquafit
This session is a brilliant conditioning aerobic workout in the water for those aged 16 and over. It provides a total body workout and is for all levels of fitness. As you are in the water, the extra resistance removes the stresses on your joints making it much safer than other forms of fitness activities. You don't even need to be a swimmer to enjoy it! It is recommended you wear cotton socks when participating to reduce slipping. Available at Splash and Thornaby Pool.
